Except for ceramic figures, all purchases are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items are inspected, packed and shipped with extreme care. Defective or wrong item shipped in error should be returned for replacement. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must include the original receipt/packing slip and returned in the original packaging.Items broken in transit should be reported to the carrier. Broken items will be fully replaced, however , a claim must be filed with carrier and a copy of claim should be submitted with returned. If a refund is given by USPS or UPS, no additional reimbursement will be made by us.
